This Privacy Policy explains what data nudge collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to make the follow-through engine useful to you.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, and authentication identifiers from the provider you use to sign in.
• Customer and meeting content: meeting notes, transcripts, action items, and customer details you create or import.
• Integration data: content we pull from tools you connect, such as Granola, Google Drive, Gmail, and Fireflies, limited to the scopes you authorize.
• Usage data: basic logs about how you interact with the Service, used to keep it reliable and to fix issues.

2. How we use your data

• To operate, secure, and improve the Service for you.
• To generate suggested action items and follow-ups using AI processing.
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, and product updates.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your customer or meeting content to train third-party AI models.

3. AI processing

nudge uses AI models to summarize notes and extract action items. Content sent to AI providers is processed solely to return results to you and is not used by those providers to train their models on your data.

4. Sharing

We share data only with:

• Service providers that host infrastructure or process data on our behalf, under contract.
• Integration providers you connect, limited to the data needed to fulfill your request.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect the safety of users.

5. Data retention

We retain your content for as long as your account is active. You can delete content at any time, and we will delete your account data within 30 days of account closure, except where we are required to retain it.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@clearwork.io.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest, scoped access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and protect access to your connected accounts.

8. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms to protect it.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you before it takes effect.
